Substitution Policy
Substitutions may be made by the original registrant before November 2, 2025, by logging into their CBIE Portal and choosing “My Event Registrations”.
Refund Policy
Cancellations may be completed online by the original registrant by logging into their CBIE Portal and choosing “My Event Registrations”. Due to financial commitments made in advance, no refunds will be granted after October 1, 2025.

Letters of Invitation
If you would like to attend CBEI2025 and require a visa to come to Canada, please complete the CBIE2025 Invitation Letter Request Form. All requests will be reviewed carefully, however, not all requests will be approved. If approved, an official invitation letter will be issued as a PDF document and will be emailed to the address provided.
Please note a letter of invitation to attend CBIE2025 does not guarantee that you will receive a visa. Refer to your local Canadian embassy for visa processing timelines and guidance.
